I am looking forward to spending time together.  In preparation for our first meeting please print out and fill out one of the following forms.  If I am meeting you individually, fill out the “personal assessment inventory.”  If I am meeting with you as a couple then fill out the “marital assessment inventory.”

I encourage you to be completely honest on your assessment of where you are presently, this will help us to identify the gaps.  Bring the assessment with you to our first meeting.  Then through the inspiration and empowering of the Holy Spirit, together we will take steps into your future in Christ.
